• Service Availability: Our consulting, RBW building, and repair services are primarily available within Sabah, Malaysia, unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• Accuracy of Information: While we strive to provide expert advice based on our 15+ years of experience, swiftlet farming involves natural variables. We do not guarantee a specific number of birds or nests as outcomes depend on environmental and geographical factors beyond our direct control.

3. E-Commerce and Shop Orders

• Pricing: All prices listed on the website are in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) and are subject to change without prior notice.
• Product Descriptions: We attempt to be as accurate as possible regarding product descriptions (aromas, equipment, etc.). However, we do not warrant that product descriptions or other content are entirely error-free.
• Order Fulfillment: All physical orders are currently processed through direct WhatsApp communication to ensure accurate stock and shipping fee calculations before final payment.

4. Training and Courses

Registration for our Swiftlet Farming Training courses requires confirmation. We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule courses due to unforeseen circumstances, in which case full refunds or alternative dates will be offered to registered participants.

All content included on this website, such as text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Borneo Walet or its content suppliers and is protected by international copyright laws. Unauthorized reproduction or distribution is strictly prohibited.
